I am looking for help to settle in Regia, Latvia and thought as it seems you are there it would be a smart thing to ask you about what the safest areas are and were to find employment and what are the bst prices for renting a one bedroom appartment in Riga, preferably close to the coastal part. If not this is fine. I must find employment first. I am 55 male, smart head wise, only speak English for now, and have been traveling also to Germany, Paris, Bombay, Madras, Calcutta, New Dehli, US and through Canada.
Please help or point tme to someone who may, appreciate what you can do.
